預(yù)處理：該工段設(shè)計(jì)為三級(jí)干式過濾，依次為G4、F7、F9；主要功能去除顆粒物，防止堵塞沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪的微細(xì)孔，從而影響吸附效果甚至失效。

　　沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪系統(tǒng)設(shè)備主要特點(diǎn)：廢氣處理系統(tǒng)必須具備自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)、手動(dòng)啟動(dòng)、超高溫脫附等多種運(yùn)行模式：自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)模式：廢氣處理系統(tǒng)通過壓力變送器等手段能自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)處理系統(tǒng)與車間產(chǎn)生廢氣工序的實(shí)際排氣總量配合，經(jīng)人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)確認(rèn)啟動(dòng)后，系統(tǒng)能自動(dòng)開啟與車間送排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)連鎖運(yùn)行。

　　溫度控制和記錄：沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪廢氣吸附前、后溫度，脫附前、后溫度，焚燒爐內(nèi)的溫度，焚燒爐出口溫度，最終排氣溫度等信號(hào)進(jìn)入PLC，可遠(yuǎn)程記錄、存儲(chǔ)和顯示主控溫度記錄點(diǎn)。其中，脫附廢氣需保持在特定溫度之間，設(shè)置溫度在線監(jiān)測(cè)儀，溫度檢測(cè)元件采用熱電阻或熱電偶傳感器，上傳PLC，信號(hào)經(jīng)采集處理后輸出模擬信號(hào)（4~20mA），控制混風(fēng)箱、相應(yīng)閥門等設(shè)備，實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度自動(dòng)控制。

　　Differential pressure recording and alarm: Differential pressure transmitters need to be installed before and after the concentration wheel, and differential pressure transmitters need to be installed between each stage of the filter. They can automatically alarm when the differential pressure overload occurs, display and record the differential pressure at each stage, and their signals need to be connected to the PLC.

　　各電動(dòng)風(fēng)閥執(zhí)行器電源為220VAC，氣動(dòng)風(fēng)閥執(zhí)行器氣源為0.5~0.7Mpa；調(diào)節(jié)型閥門控制信號(hào)為4~20mA，開度上傳PLC；開關(guān)型閥門開關(guān)狀態(tài)上傳PLC。
